I needed an emergency visit for an eye infection. After being turned away from Boots because they had no appointments I went to EyeCare at MerryHill, just around the corner. Not only did I see a Dr within a few minutes but the visit was excellent value for money costing me only 45 pounds. Dr Gobind was a young professional Dr who immediately but me at ease. He took time to give me a thorough eye exam and to advise me exactly what drops and regimen to follow. I was so relieved as I am on holiday in the area. I highly recommend EyeCare Merry Hill. All the staff were very polite and welcoming and I didn’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork!
Excellent experience, I love my new glasses! I was very impressed by the variety of frames here, and ended up finding 2 pairs I loved!My eye test was super quick, comfortable and easy, and the customer service I received whilst selecting my glasses was so lovely and friendly! I received the call to pick up my glasses in a matter of days and I couldn’t be happier with the experience overall! Thank you so much!

From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed. The opticians’ office was impeccably clean, and the spacious waiting area had a lovely ambiance. They even offered me a refreshing drink while I waited!The staff took the time to explain every step thoroughly, ensuring I understood everything. What impressed me most was that I didn’t feel pressured into buying the most expensive pair of glasses. Instead, they genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me.And the best part? My glasses were ready within just 15 minutes! Talk about efficiency.Overall, I can’t recommend this opticians enough. If you’re looking for exceptional service, look no further. 🤓👓
Absolutely over the moon with the experience we have received from EyeCare Merryhill! The staff have all been lovely but most of all Raven who has gone above and beyond for us! We have been after a pair of Cartiers for the longest time and have been unsuccessful getting the ones we wanted! We visited the store Thursday had the glasses we wanted by Monday! What first class service that is!We have also had lenses put into our other branded glasses and we could not be happier! With an on site lab they have been done super fast.We look forward to visiting the store again soon.Beth & Dylan
Wow what a wonderful find. My 91 year old mum urgently needed new glasses after breaking hers in a fall The optician , Gobin , fitted her in for an appointment in his lunch hour! His assistant , Amy , reassured my mother and looked after her well, helping her choose new specs and making sure they fitted perfectlyAnd making the whole experience a joy. The customer waiting area was beautiful And the glasses will be ready for collection in the morning.!5 star serviceHighly recommend
